The 2017 Earth Day Festival will have a Green Marketplace, in which we will allow a limited number of exhibitors to sell merchandise.

Do you have any special requests?
Special requests include things like: access to electricity and/or water, space for large/very tall display items, placement of your booth next to a particular booth, and requests to have live animals at your booth. If your display requires you to drive up to your booth to load and unload, note that here. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate special requests.
(1.) When you arrive at the Earth Day Festival, you must check in at Booth Registration before going to your booth. (2.)Non-Georgia Tech entities will be required to sign a liability release form at check-in. (3.) We are striving for a zero-waste event and strongly discourage exhibitors from giving out single-use/disposable items at the Earth Day Festival. (4.) Booths are not allowed to solicit or accept donations.
